The Korean Drama Series has recently gained many new viewers from different regions. The K-Drama series is definitely much popular among youngsters than we could imagine. Even in India there are many viewers of K-Dramas, recently I watched a K-Drama on my sister's recommendation. 

The Tale of Nine Tailed is a fantasy drama, released in 2020. The main protagonist Lee Yeon(Lee Dong Wook) who is a nine tailed fox, and has been a mountain deity, is waiting for his first love to be reincarnated. When he finally finds her, after 600 years, the emogi(serpent) returns to take his vengeance from Lee Yeon.

If you love detailed dramas then it is a must watch for you. The female lead character is an absolute wit. She is just outstanding. Nam Jia(Jo Bo-Ah) is an outstanding TV Journalist and Producer who is dedicated towards her profession. She solves many cases and even recognizes him as not human.

The plot of this drama is strong but the heart lies in the music. The music of this drama is what I loved the most. From the intro music to the outro, they have done a terrific job. The music which plays when they both meet is my favorite. It surely touches one's heart. The Drama tells us about the Gatekeeper song which is really anxious when you listen to it on loop because it just has two lines. The significance of the song was the folk tales. There is a lot more in this dramas music but you have to watch it to find it out.

 

The whole drama is an absolute thriller and suspence with a pinch of magic, and light hearted comedy to lessen the mood. The Drama has 16 episodes of 1 hour each. You can watch it on Netflix and Viki with English subtitles.
