Before meeting him her heart was fit and fine,
She was a star, always wanting to shine!
She was strong, intelligent and smart,
She was beautiful with a golden heart!

She always made everyone laugh,
But one day someone came with a title of better-half!
She started giving him her precious time,
Giving someone your heart isn't a crime!

But she never knew that he is fake!
There was something he wanted to take!
When his intentions got fulfilled,
He planned that a thick wall is to be build!
He started breaking the foundations,
Now he was about to leave those previous stations!

But she had something for him,
She cried when the light was dim.
She had done so many sacrifices just to see him smile,
She used to walk along with him to thousand miles!

But his decision was so brutal that her heart broke,
It was hard and much more cruel than a stroke!
She broke and her pieces were everywhere,
But she was afraid and so she didn't share!

And little by little she healed,
But her kindness got forever sealed!
And when someone again knocked the door,
She remembered all those enduring which she bore!

But he was not him,
He helped him forget his hymn.
And now they are happy together,
And the rings made them each other's forever!
